A Telegram shop for product inquiries

Customers open your catalog from Instagram or Telegram, choose products and send their selection to the seller. You see what they want to buy and can agree payment and delivery.

What customers do and what you receive

Customers choose

Product cards show photos, descriptions, prices and available options. Customers collect the items they need instead of sending the seller separate screenshots.

You receive an inquiry

The inquiry brings together the selected products, options and customer contact details. The seller checks availability, clarifies delivery and agrees payment. An inquiry does not by itself mean a paid sale.

You update the catalog

We configure the dashboard for your range: products, photos, prices and the fields your seller needs. We agree who edits the catalog and how you receive inquiry notifications.

Questions before you start

How is a shop different from a Telegram channel?

A channel publishes messages. In a Mini App, customers browse cards and collect products into one inquiry. You can keep the channel for news and catalog links.

Can customers come from Instagram?

Yes. Put the Mini App link in your profile or send it to a customer in a message. We first check how it opens in the journey your business needs.

Can I see a real example?

Our home page shows Private.Bayer: a catalog and a selection sent to a personal shopper. It illustrates one project, rather than promising the same features for every business.
